In the context where the need for medical assistance and medical care exceeds our technical and organizational capacities, we need volunteers.
WHAT IS VOLUNTEERING?
Volunteering is "the activity of public interest carried out on their own initiative by any natural person, for the benefit of others, without receiving a material consideration".
WHY SHOULD I VOLUNTEER?
- for the formation of professional experience;
- to learn new things and form useful skills;
- to develop myself personally;
- to make new friends and meet new people;
- to give a helping hand to society and those in need;
- because I want to dedicate myself to a cause that I support;
- because I want to return some of the help I received from other people
WHAT SHOULD THE PERSON WHO WANTS TO BECOME A VOLUNTEER KNOW?
- the volunteering activity does not involve a material consideration on the part of the beneficiary;
- volunteering involves responsibilities;
- the commitment concluded between the two parties must be respected under the established conditions, otherwise, it can be unilaterally denounced by either party.
Anyone who wants and fulfils the conditions of appropriate moral conduct.
Steps to follow:

complete The adjacent statement by which you express in writing your intention to get involved in volunteer activities;

we contact you for an interview, to consult your skills and training, to direct you to the place and activity most suitable for your person and intentions;

we will complete a volunteering contract and a confidentiality statement regarding the information regarding the beneficiaries with whom you will come into contact during the volunteering activities;

after all the above steps have been completed you can get involved and support those who need your help.
Note! People who have criminal records, those who are known for their immoral behaviour or those who are in open conflict or litigation with one of the institution's beneficiaries cannot become volunteers.
RIGHTS OF THE VOLUNTEER
- Carrying out the activity in accordance with its capacity and availability;
- Ensuring by our company that activities are carried out under legal labour protection conditions, depending on the nature and characteristics of the respective activity;
- Insurance by our company, under the conditions provided by law, against the risks of accident and illness or other risks arising from the nature of the activity;
- in the absence of insurance, any damages suffered by the volunteer in the course of the volunteering activity are fully borne by the institution, if they were not caused by the volunteer's fault. The volunteer can waive this right. The waiver must be expressed and expressed in writing;
- The issuance by our company, at the end of the volunteering period, of a nominal certificate that recognizes the performance of the volunteer activity, as well as the experience and acquired skills;
- Depending on the agreement between the parties, the reimbursement by the host organization, under the conditions agreed in the contract, of the expenses incurred for carrying out the activity can be established. A waiver by the volunteer of this right is equivalent to an act of liberality.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE VOLUNTEER
- to fulfil the tasks assumed by the volunteering contract;
- to participate in the training courses organized, initiated or proposed by our company in order to ensure a good knowledge of work procedures, thus facilitating the good performance of the volunteer's activity;
- to preserve the confidentiality of the information to which he has access within the volunteer activity;
- the volunteer is liable for the moral or material damage caused to our company in the course of the volunteer activity through his own fault.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR INTEGRATION INTO THE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
- Copy of the identity document;
- Curriculum vitae;
- Proof of studies (copy of the diploma of the last educational institution graduated/ certificate from the educational institution);
- Self-responsibility declaration regarding behavioural integrity;
- Certificate issued by a doctor or other institution stating that you are free of mental, chronic and contagious diseases.
