Adverse drug reactions, according to the World Health Organization, are "any response to a drug that is harmful and unintended and that occurs at doses used in humans for prophylaxis, diagnosis, or treatment." In other words, adverse drug reactions could be an unexpected or unwanted effect that is a direct extension of the drug's mechanism of action in an organ system that is not the target of the drug therapy; an allergic response; a hypersensitive response; a totally unpredictable response; or drug interaction with unexpected results. In each case, adverse drug reactions represent an unwanted toxic effect as a result of taking a particular drug or set of drugs.

Regarding the risks of these adverse drug reactions, I will present only a few aspects from the book Adverse Drug Reactions, chapter 13, by Miles Hacker (2009):

"Adverse drug reactions are much more common than one might think. Adverse reactions are estimated to be the fourth leading cause of death in the United States and Canada, after heart disease, cancer, and stroke. In addition, adverse reactions are estimated to be the sixth leading cause of death worldwide. Another way to demonstrate the impact of adverse drug reactions is to realize that approximately 5% of all hospital admissions are a direct result of adverse drug reactions, and unfortunately, the incidence has not changed in the last 30 years."

Have you ever tried to change a behaviour pattern, to become more motivated, and your only gain was to find that your subconscious was resisting? The simple fact that your subconscious can create such opposition to change is precisely why we often need hypnosis.

In the first chapter of his book Self-Hypnosis and Other Mind-Expanding Techniques (3rd edition), Charles Tebbetts wrote:

"Since the subconscious is the driving force, we always do what the subconscious thinks. Since the subconscious will believe whatever it is told, we can reprogram it if we bypass the conscious and replace the existing, negative ideas with new and constructive ideas.”

A partial but direct answer to this question would be the following:

Except for injuries to the physical body; chemical or mechanical actions on the physical body; the negative effects of improper nutrition and other effects of the same nature, the causes of illness in the human being are of an energetic nature, such as:

  • unresolved issues from previous lives (transpersonal period);

  • problems from the prenatal period;

  • problems from the postnatal period, problems directly related to the lack of consciousness (self-consciousness, species-consciousness, super-consciousness);

  • problems generated by energy anomalies.

All these problems manifest themselves in the energy fields of the human being, respectively in the energy aura and act energetically on the energy meridians, which are directly connected with the internal organs of the human body, affecting them and finally leading to the appearance of various diseases. This explains the fact that a disease can relapse: conventional medicine acts on the physical body (on the effect), the cause of the disease being of an energetic nature and remains uneliminated. In other words, conventional (allopathic) medicine can intervene to eliminate the suffering, but the cause can only be eliminated through energy medicine, treatment of the aura, respectively the energy fields of the human being, and last but not least, through hypnosis. A detailed answer to the above question can be obtained by reading the Everything you need to know to be healthy - web page.

In addition to these web pages, for a deep understanding of the causes of diseases, but especially why the paradigm of current medicine needs to be changed, and more precisely why we need to move to Integrative Medicine, the following books should be studied: What your aches and pains are telling you: Cries of the body, messages from the soul or the original version in French (part I, part II, part III, part IV), as well as Hands of Light_ A Guide to Healing Through the Human Energy Field by Barbara Brennan.

This is what Dr Thierry Medynski says in the preface to the book written by Michel Odoul: "Reading it, we will perhaps learn to stop seeing the disease as an unfortunate event in our lives or as a fatality, but rather to understand that it is a message of our consciousness, of our inner being, of the Inner Master. Probably, we will be able to discover behind a certain suffering a "creative disease", in the sense that it can become a means to help us progress in our evolution. This is how Michel Odoul describes physical pains: "Pains are nothing but the desperate screams that life and our own body send to our blocked ears, deafened by all the noise we make while we keep agitating. They are alarm signals, evidence of inner imbalances, but we cannot hear them, much less understand them." Here is what Barbara Brennan says about the energy flowing through the meridians of the human body, in her book, stated above: "As the energy flowing through you as a healer increases, so does your power. If you use any of these powers negatively, you will eventually experience the same negativity coming back to you.”

The intention of this website is to remedy the mistakes we make every day, mistakes that have the effect of making us ill. I will also show what treatments should be done and how. The important thing is to "open our ears" and listen to what the body says and understand its messages. I will try to resettle the human being in the environment and in its globality. I will try to help you finally learn to recognize and understand your pains, tensions and sufferings so that you become aware of the message and do what you need to do to change the situation. Learning to trust the body's ability to heal itself is a healing journey in itself, and when we undertake this process with commitment and integrity, what we receive is not just improved physical health, but a renewed sense of connection, peace and contentment.

            Your health depends only on you! Participate in changing the paradigm of current medicine: one disease, one treatment regardless of the patient!

For this please read this article: "Paradigms of health and disease: a framework for classifying and understanding complementary and alternative medicine", published in "The Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine".

When we talk about Integrative Medicine, we mean a multidisciplinary, collaborative approach that involves applying the best practices from different healthcare systems. In other words, medical experts with various specializations establish complementary and personalized treatment strategies, which include various types of therapies, for the benefit of the patient.

Integrative Medicine is a healthcare system based on the definition given by the World Health Organization: "Health is a good physical, mental and social state, not just the absence of disease or infirmity".

Dr Andrew Weill, one of the pioneers of Integrative Medicine, says that integrative medicine combines conventional, evidence-based medicine, alternative medicine and other medical practices into a "system of systems" that approaches health through multi-dimensional actions (biological, psychological, sociological, and spiritual).

The defining principles of INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE

  1. Considers each person as a whole (not an assembly of functionally independent organs), with biochemical individuality based on genetic and environmental uniqueness;
  2. Holistically evaluates each patient by analyzing the interactions between genetic, environmental and lifestyle factors that can influence health; integrates all these elements in the context of the patient's complete history;
  3. It identifies and addresses the root causes, not just the symptoms of diseases, and reduces clinical imbalances before the disease manifests itself;
  4. Supports the body's own healing mechanisms;
  5. Integrates complementary treatments (scientific phytotherapy, acupuncture, ozone therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, chiropractic, energy medicine, etc.) with conventional treatments (drugs, oncological treatments, radiotherapy, etc.) followed by the patient;
  6. Develops treatment programs based on technologies and recent discoveries in the field of medicine, genetics, and biology;
  7. Establishes a therapeutic partnership relationship between the patient and the doctor; joint decision-making with the patient helps to establish and implement personalized therapies that best suit the patient's needs and preferences, in order to balance and optimize the patient's physical and mental state;
  8. It develops a preventive and less reactive behaviour on the patient's part in order to achieve and maintain health.

Features of conventional medicine and integrative medicine

Conventional Medicine (Allopathic)

Integrative Medicine

It is centred on the person's condition and symptoms; Treats the specific condition of the person;

It is patient-centred; It treats the person who has a specific condition;

It represents the reductionist model of modern medicine in which the approach starts from the idea that the whole can be understood through the thorough examination of the isolated individual parts and whichin therapy, emphasises the physiological compensation and the resolution of symptoms;

It represents the model of functional medicine based on holistic analysis, which tries to support the whole body so that all its functions and structures are improved;

Systems-based medicine; the treatment of the patient's conditions is delimited, depending on the current medical specialities;

Functional medicine that takes into account the human body as a whole and the imbalances that affect it are personalized;

The diagnosis is generally based on the symptoms of the condition and on biochemical analysis and imaging investigations;

Diagnosis is based on holistic assessment, which includes analysis of deep systemic causes, interactions between genetic, environmental and lifestyle factors that may influence health;

The doctor is the absolute authority in the relationship with the patient;

The doctor establishes a therapeutic partnership relationship with the patient, the patient's involvement in decisions subsequently helping to implement personalized therapies;

It mainly uses standardized treatments, according to predefined medical guidelines (protocols), for patients with the same condition;

Uses personalized treatments for each patient;

It mainly uses drug treatments and frequently resorts to medical procedures, often invasive;

It integrates several types of treatments and therapies, to enhance the effectiveness of allopathic treatments and reduce their unpleasant effects;

Nutritional education is not considered to be of special therapeutic importance;

Nutrition is considered an extremely important factor in healing and recovery;

Interventional medicine, with an emphasis on emergency management.

Medicine which focuses on chronic conditions, approaching them from a preventive and curative point of view.

Five basic principles that define functional medicine:

  1. Functional medicine believes that all people are different and unique; both genetically and biochemically. This personalized perception makes functional medicine treat the individual, not the disease. Functional medicine naturally encourages the body's normal healing mechanisms, rather than directly targeting disease;

  2. Functional medicine is a science-based field. The latest studies show that everything that happens inside us is connected as an intricate web or network of relationships. Understanding these relationships allows us to better understand how the body works;

  3. The body is intelligent and has the ability to self-regulate, which manifests itself through the dynamic balancing of all systems in the body;

  4. The body has the ability to heal itself and prevent almost any disease that occurs as a result of the aging process;

  5. Health is not only the absence of disease but also a state of increased vitality.

In allopathic medicine, the question arises: "Which medication is suitable for this disease?" In functional medicine, the following vital questions are asked: "Why did this problem occur?", "Why was this function lost?" "What can we do to regain this function?" In other words, functional medicine seeks to find the cause of the problem or the mechanism involved in the loss of a function, which might otherwise explain the patient's symptoms or the reason why the patient has a certain diagnosis. Details about integrative medicine can be read on the page Integrative Medicine.

What are adverse drug reactions and what are their risks?

Why can hypnosis be an integral part of Integrative Medicine?

Why is it important to treat the patient as a whole: body and energy (the human being as an energetic being) and not for the disease itself?

Why is Integrative Medicine seen by some as the medicine of the future?

Faced with a multitude of options, time becomes essential. We offer personalized solutions to make inspired and efficient decisions, saving you precious time!

All activities conducted by HEALTH FOR EVERYONE are based on the principles of Integrative Medicine. This medical approach has gained traction in response to the deteriorating patient-provider relationship, the overuse of technology, and the limitations of the conventional medical system in adequately treating chronic diseases.

Integrative Medicine focuses on healing, emphasizing the strengthening of the doctor-patient relationship. It promotes the use of minimally invasive, low-toxicity, and cost-effective therapeutic methods, integrating allopathic therapies with complementary ones. Therapeutic recommendations are personalized, considering the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual aspects of each individual.

 The health and well-being of each of us is not a given that occurs in a passive way, but on the contrary, it is an active process that we must keep "alive" all the time and especially throughout the course of the disease. The physical and mental health that we wish to always be eternal, if possible, can be maintained at a certain level if we simultaneously fulfil three conditions:

  • We have the ability to understand, that is, we have the ability to understand and analyze the problems and information presented to us;

  • We have the ability to manage resources and the qualities to cope with all the problems we face in life;

  • We have the ability to create and to always find meaning in any moment of our life, especially when we are ill.

I have learned that sometimes, or often, being positive is not enough to make good things happen.

The health of each person, or more generally, the health of all, depends on the answer, or more precisely on how the answers to many questions related to the provision of health and well-being are understood, and not on the competence of one doctor or another.
